Bybeck, built from local green slate, has recently had an extensive and award winning refurbishment. It provides a pleasant front patio seating area affording magnificent views of the surrounding fells.

Bybeck offers one kingsize double and one twin bedded en-suite bedrooms, each equipped with Fair Trade tea and coffee making facilities, wireless internet access, CD clock radio, 19" flatscreen television and hairdryer. The en-suite facilities are stylish and both are equipped with powerful showers.

Breakfasts are served in our dining room with wonderful views of Kings Howe and Grange Fell. Our full English breakfast consists of high quality local produce including free range eggs, dry cured bacon and locally sourced Cumbrian sausage. Becoming a real favourite with our guests, are our Bybeck drop scones which are served with grilled bacon and maple syrup. We also provide home-baked produce including freshly baked bread.

Alternatively, a Continental breakfast is availablefor those who prefer a lighter start to the day. Packed lunches may be provided on request. We cater for adults and children over fourteen years. Most diets can be catered for if advance notice of special requirements can be given, e.g. coeliac (gluten free), diabetic or vegetarian.
